2012/2013 Single, Double, and Triple Rooms

We turn this Bed & Breakfast into student housing during the school year. It is fully furnished and has two unites with private kitchens and five rooms that share the main kitchen. Those five rooms share a living room, dining room, sitting room and small office.  We provide a washer and dryer and utilities except gas and electric.  There is also high speed wireless internet.

The Guest House (Your own private residence)

The Guest House is located four blocks south of the Utah Shakespearean Festival. This is a private residence that you will have all to yourself. It has a kitchen, laundry room, living room, three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom (A) has a queen bed or 2 singles, another bedroom (c) has a queen bed and the third very small bedroom (B) has a twin. The living room has a queen size pull out sleeper sofa and a TV/DVD/VCR combo(basic cable). There is no phone provided. You pay for gas and electric.

Guest House - 2-Queen beds / Queen Sleeper Sofa / Single bed / Full bath Enjoy the privacy of your own home in a quite residential neighborhood that is close to everything. Basic Cable and no phone.
